Chez Hui-Kiang
Seng
La beauté c'est
pas rien, mais presque.
C'est presque
rien qui fait le beau.
Mandala
où le souffle emporte
le souffle qui l'a créé.
La frontière est
mince, de la cuisine qui fait le bon à celle qui fait le beau.
La banalité des
ingrédients :
ciel, sel, sucre,
vitre, soleil,
bois, métal,
sable.
Assemblage
ludique.
Recettes que
connaissent toutes les petites filles
qui veulent faire
comme maman.
Poètes du
visible,
priées de revenir sur
terre, elles garderont de l'image offerte à notre regard
la nostalgie de
l'enfance.
Dans ce monde
fabriqué pour les grandes personnes.
